Web design and SEO for Flamingo — van Serbia, Slovenia

Full guide for this niche
Website for van transport
The challenge: a traveler comparing five agencies
Flamingo is a transport company specializing in van passenger transport from Belgrade to Croatia, Slovenia, BiH and EU. Transport quality — comfortable vans, experienced drivers, "door-to-door" model — wasn't the problem. The problem was first contact: a traveler looking for transport doesn't call five agencies. They open five sites and pick the one that shows them the price immediately.
Their old site failed there — it had a contact form and a generic "call for pricing" message. Travelers left in 10 seconds.
What we did
We built the site around one central component — the interactive destinations table — which replaces the contact flow in 80% of cases.
Table with country filter
The first thing below the hero image is a table with all destinations. Filter buttons at the top (Croatia / Slovenia / BiH / All) — in one click the traveler sees only routes that interest them. Every route: origin, destination, price, departure (day + time), vehicle type.
"Door-to-door" as the key differentiator
Above the table, in the hero section, the "door-to-door" approach is highlighted — not in the FAQ, not in "about us," but as the first benefit the traveler sees. Many competing agencies only do bus-station-to-bus-station, and the traveler doesn't know until they ask. We put it up front.
FAQ section for pre-booking concerns
Travelers have the same concerns: luggage, payment, delays, borders, receipts. The FAQ section answers the seven most common questions, hidden behind a click (so it doesn't clutter the page) but always accessible. This reduces phone load and builds trust.
Three "Beyond ordinary transport" cards
Below the table, three cards with icons: safety (licensed drivers, regular vehicle inspections), comfort (AC, chargers, luggage space), experience (years of operation, passengers transported). This builds brand trust that a clean pricing table doesn't give on its own.
Contact form with specific fields
When the traveler decides to book, the form asks exactly what we need to reply: departure date, return date, number of travelers, destination, pickup address in Belgrade. Not a generic "message" — concrete data. Flamingo replies within minutes instead of hours.
The result
The site is a dark elegant palette with gold accents evoking reliability for night departures. Fully adapted for mobile since most travelers research routes on the move. Hover effects on destination cards, bespoke scroll animations, fast loading under 1.5 seconds.

Why it works
Transport is a niche where price transparency directly determines the number of bookings. The traveler doesn't pick the cheapest option — they pick the first that showed them an exact price and time. Flamingo now wins bookings in research instead of losing travelers to competitors who were first with the price.
